Hey guys. This was something that was used in another league I was in with great results wanted to get everyones opinion on it
Offseason training camp system Pay money to send certain players to up certain stats
Example sending your player to passing/puck controll would raise pa 7 and pc 8
Rules Player needs to be 76 ov or under Only three per team per offseason
I have a layout of the possible camps but I want to get feedback first what do you guys think

this is an additional to nhl rerate this is something to help certain areas of a player there are catches I'm just wonderin what everyone thinks

im all for it, but i think 75 ov would have a better effect and under the age of 24.
then again. its not my league . up to you boss.

I dont particularly like this idea given that ratings are derived from NHL performance, and this has nothing at all to do with any performance. We already have 3 challenges to try to up players ratings, that is more than sufficient.

I agree, numerous opportunities to make players better waters down the talent level. Live and let die.

Yep the only way to change a players rating will be the three rerates at the beginning of the season... and three more at mid-season, based solely on NHL performance.
