Two questions
1) How is the draft going to be done? Via MSN? If you want to use a voice chat service like Ventrilo or Teamspeak I will be able to get us a good server to use for free, provided everyone (or most of you) have microphones.
2) Is there going to be a salary cap?

1) Draft will be done most likely in a chatroom
2) Salary Cap will be the same as the NHL which I believe is $50.3 million

Will we be using the players full salary towards the cap or their "cap hit"? www.nhlscap.com/index.htm provides both "cap hit" and salaries if needed.

I say it should be the cap hit just like the nhl does. Otherwise, why follow their salary cap number.
I for one will be over if we use full salary when in real life i would be under with the cap hit number. Mostly because of Jagr's contract and how it is paid.

It will be the same as the NHL... that NHLscap site will be quite handy when doing the salaries & contract lengths.
