A couple questions:
Will there be a chance for teams to appeal a handful of player ratings (say 2/3 per season?) because there are some pretty awful ones there, the biggest to me being Pahlsson's 67 DF?I've done this in leagues in the past and when it's limited to a select few it tends to work well...
Also, for rookies who step in this season (Backstrom for me, other guys like Toews, etc.) will there be a means to have them created once they've played "X" games? Or will we just need to wait until next year to use them?
Thanks,
Lawrence

Good questions Lawrence, I will allow 3 players per team to be looked at rating-wise to begin the season and another 3 mid-way through. This way if anyone breaks out this season in the NHL, you can also give them a boost in the NFHL.
Rookies who are stepping in this season can be created but will probably only get about a 70 overall rating until mid-season as there is no accurate way to determine where their stats should be. Only top prospects will get a 70.
